The other day, one of friends came out with a smart explanation as why The Office has succeeded in connecting with a massive fan base spawning all across the globe.
Well, before I let you know what she had said, I must confess it to you that she was pissed off with her life being virtually caged inside the office cubicle.

I guess, you have somewhat figured out the ‘smart explanation’ of dear but perplexed friend of mine.

She believes that since most of us are office goers and has our own grudges for the relentless work pressure; unprecedented expectation of the organizations, we are employed in; delay in payment etc, the comedy series comes as a breath of fresh air.

According to her, sometimes certain situations represent that of ours; giving us, a consolation that we are not the only ones being treated like butcher’s roosters for sale.

I don’t think anybody could disagree with what my friend had said, and trust me she is one of the die-hard fans of the series.

The Office Season 8 Episode 24, which marks the end of the ongoing comic arc, is touted to be a blend of all three elements of entertainment.  Now with a finale as exciting as this one, neither my friend nor any other follower of the show could afford to give a miss.

What makes the forthcoming segment a must watch is the fun-filled and misadventurous car chase, and that too in pursuit of a diaper.

More hilarious instance would surely jump out in the ultimate office affairs, and I don’t think you would like to register yourself in the league of those unfortunate fans who might get stuck up in unusual circumstances of not-being-able-to-watch.

Funnyman Andy would be seen fooling around with a fake rebel show. Well, that’s another of a reason why we all should catch the final few minutes of the great sitcom.

Are you ready with your arms and ammunitions as the opponents get ready to take down all you have got? In a war you just can’t take the risk of letting the opponent just go berserk on you. The moment you relax and put your guards down, you start to lose it. We are talking about the war in the office.

The forthcoming segment The Office season 8 episode 23 is all about the war that is soon going to begin in this show. But before that Robert attempts something absolutely bizarre. So the war bringer is none other than Robert himself. A drunken version of Robert is quite dangerous and can really become a threat to many in the show.

Andy is all set to make an amazing comeback in Dunder Mifflin. Is he tired of all the things that he has been doing so far? I guess he is taking a break flambéing cherries and that is why he is coming back to Dunder Mifflin. Wait, I forgot to mention the fact, that he is also into composing rock operas and might be giving it a break as well before going back to Dunder Mifflin.

Andy has been amazing in this season from getting the girl to flambéing cherries to rock operas; he has made his presence felt each and everywhere.

Coming back to the war thing, when the branch situated close by is shut down, Jim and Dwight join hands in order to take down a rival salesman who can pose as a major threat for the business. It is so very important to crush the head of the rivals so that they cannot take over the business and the other dealings.

This segment is supposedly quite amazing and one cannot help but enjoy. I am doing to witness the action and drunken Robert would be a thorough treat to watch.

The offer to join TV Guide Network’s upcoming stand-up comedy show is like a blessing in disguise for actress Kate Flannery.

The comedian-actress who is seen as alcoholic Meredith on smash hit comedy drama, The Office, must have taken TV Guide’s casting call with open arms because her prospective comedy project is in some sort of deadlock.

Rumors have it that the future of The Office is not bright after the row over the change of show runner Paul Lieberstein got nowhere. NBC hasn’t be able to find a worthy replacement for the man who took the comedy show to a new level of popularity.

The need to get onboard someone new for the series popped up when Lieberstein expressed his desire to get busy with Rainn Wilson spinoff.

I would say Kate Flannery is better off with the new woman-centric comedy show for TV Guide Network. The series titled ‘StandUp in Stilettos’ is expected to kick-off production by the month of April, and if everything goes well, we would get to see its episodes from June.

Nothing much has been revealed about it, only that StandUp will feature three celebrity comedians in each of ten-episode installment.

Flannery has always been exceptional with her portrayal of Meredith, and I don’t need to re-instate how big a find for TV Guide.

Access The Office episodes online to revisit some of the memorable acts by the star for there is little hope that she would be seen more in the show.

The ninth season of the fun-show might get to see Ed Helms, John Krasinski and Jenna Fischer, but nothing has been revealed yet whether the stars are actually committed to new installment or not.

Another blow to the mockumentary was struck when last month James Spader denied his availability for potential season.

Have you been fretting over the absence of Andy as seeing Nellie getting closer to the chair of the commander’s chair?

Well loosen up those wrinkles on your forehead because Andy is coming back from Florida, from his romantic sojourn to his girl Erin. That was amazingly romantic and sugary sweet. So prepare yourself as the man returns in The Office season 8 episode 21.

But watch out people because the title of the segment is Angry Andy. Are you thinking the same? Yes! I am worried as to what makes Andy angry?

Well, I couldn’t help myself spy over the net so I found out what’s awaiting us. Here let me bring the cat out of the bag.

When Andy will be making a return from Florida, he will only find his position and male ego threatened instead will find himself in danger. Nellie seemed to have acted very smart while playing her cards. Not letting go of the opportunities, she perfectly exploits the occasion of his absence to score some extra points.

As he comes back to find her almost there in the manager’s chair it is obviously going to infuriate the man and that is why it is Angry Andy. But he must combat the wicked Nellie to get what he deserves and desires. So, what will be his master plan to shoot her down because we surely are going to witness a battle between the two contenders in the upcoming thrilling segment?

While both them wage a battle the fellow mates, grabbing the opportunity give Andy shady ideas to reach the apex point.

On the other hand, poor Kelly, she could never imagine someone as perfect as Ryan but indeed there is someone who is just perfect.

She must make her choice soon. But who will she choose, find out on April 19, 2012.

And if you are thinking that she is Erin and then I am sorry to disclose that she is not Erin. The party is for Nellie as she is welcomed in the office by Robert.

Wait, you mean Nellie, the same Nellie whose business plan was sad and he was the one who hated it. How come this sudden transformation Robert, I wonder where this is coming from? Of course this is a huge shock for me.

He instructs in fact forces the team to organize a grand welcome party for Nellie. She might be here to take Andy’s position as in the last segment when she came to Scranton and realized that Andy is not around she has the opportunity to get a good position in the company. The employees of the company are not happy when Robert asks them to organize everything for her welcome ceremony. They plan to ruin everything without letting anyone know, especially Robert, because if he comes to know about it, they might lose their jobs. It will be great to see Dwight also participating in let’s-ruin-Nellie’s-welcome-party, Dwight who was crazy to work with Nellie but almost lost his job after the CEO crashed her business plan.

Meanwhile, Erin wants to help Andy come out of the relationship with Jessica. He realized in ‘Get the Girl’ that the workplace is not the same without her, moreover, his life is not the same without Erin. He drives cross country all the way to Florida only to get her back. Now, they are going to indulge in a little role play that would prepare Andy on how to go about the break up. Will they be able to break up or it would just linger on forever? Is something going to happen between Andy and Erin?

Finally, the man has realized that he wants Erin and he can’t live without her. To be honest even I want her back in Scranton.

In The Office season 8 episode 19 titled Get the Girl, Andy finally gets up from his chair and makes up his mind that without Erin, each and every day is difficult. He wants her back and it seems that he is very much adamant this time that nobody else can take the spot of Erin in the workplace and I believe in his heart too. Watch this lovey dovey segment as he decides that he would go all the way to Florida.

Erin has been hired by Irene and she is ready to work with her as a live-in-maid. She is in Florida and wants to talk to Andy, Irene steps in and help her out in video chatting with him. Apparently, Irene is far more better when it comes to technology and this is proved when she sets up the video chatting gadget for her.

Erin divulges to Andy that she is thinking of settling in Florida and would never want to come back to Scranton. He tries hard to hide his disappointment and in fact succeeds in doing so by saying that it is fine if she is planning live in Florida for the rest of her life.

It is so difficult to contain your feelings when the person is right in front of you and you know your feelings for that person, but it becomes worse when she goes away and goes away for good, you curse yourself for not been able to stop her and tell her what you feel. But I am happy that Andy has realized and is ready for a cross country drive with the mission to get the girl back.

The show would be amazing if she comes and I hope she comes back, they both look utterly cute together. Meanwhile, now that Andy is not around, it is like an opportunity for Nellie.

The year has just started for the office guys, as a new special project has been waiting for all of them. It is needless to say that they will put their blood and sweat in the same, but yes, before they sink into the new project, let me warn them, it is going to be one of the most convoluted projects of all. Let’s find out more!

As per the latest spoilers, Dwight will be selected by the Florida headquarters for a special project. In the office, every Scranton employee is desperate to get into it, as it can bring a great opportunity for the selected person.

Now it is Dwight’s responsibility to choose a right person for the project so that he can understand what needs to be done. Apart from this, a person needs to be compatible enough to adjust in the company of Dwight.

On the other hand, Andy is disturbed at the sight of Erin spending time talking to the recently divorced, Robert California. He follows Erin and Robert out of the party, only to get relieved by the sight of Robert acting gentlemanly, as he drops Erin safely at her home!

Dwight and Jim create a lock of ruckus at the workplace and irritate Andy to an extent that he issues a policy, declaring the transfer of a prankster’s bonus to the victim as a punishment!

Though Dwight and Jim acknowledge Andy’s reason for scolding them and coming out with the weirdest of policies, Dwight is unhappy with the way things are at work. As a reason, The Office season 8 episode 11 will find Dwight heading towards Sabre headquarters in search of better and more rewarding job options.

Oscar, an employee sets example for all the employees by participating in a trivia contest, as a result of which, Andy will be seen motivating other employees to follow in the footsteps of Oscar.

Dunder Mifflin Co. would soon be having a new member as a part of its extended wacky family.

If ever watch The Office online, I’m sure you would agree with me that all those weird notions and funny antics of the employees are the sole reason behind that wide smile of ours!

I should warn you beforehand to gear up for a download rage now because the British actress, Catherine Tate, would be making her foray into the mockumentary in the new season.

We did see a glimpse of her in the previous season, when she donned the part of a candidate, Nellie Bertram, for the position left vacant by Steve Carell.

All of us know that the job went to James Spader, but because the installment featuring Catherine Tate went down so well, the makers of the show had to incorporate her character in the script for later episodes.

As the producer of the show, Paul Lieberstein himself puts it that they are thrilled to have Kate on board!

It is being reported that Ms. Tate has managed to grab quite a chunk of role in the upcoming series.

Oh! No, there wasn’t any chicanery involved in all those pursuits!

It seems the ambience of the Dunder’s office is going to be way too exciting in days to come!
