Brian Baumgartner was born on 29 November 1972 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. He started studying at the Holy Innocents‘ Episcopal School and then went to Westminster High School, Atlanta. Ed Burn, an actor who appears with him in the TV series ‘The Office’, has also attended the same school. Both of them were honored by the school in 2007, for their success in Hollywood.
He worked as the Artistic director in Hidden Theatres in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He acted in various theatres like Guthrie Theater, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, Children’s Theater Company, etc. He went to Southern Methodist University and studied acting from its Meadows School of Arts.
